Cosmic Writing during a stroll through the park
It looks as if we have it all, when we're givin' our toast,
but whose to see that we're fallin' apart,
crumbling to pieces to because we tried too hard.
We didn't reach the surface to catch our breaths,
we simply fell, and pulled each other to the deepest depths.
Titanic hasn't seen the bottom like we have
and yet the Moon hasn't felt the highs we grasp.
Some days we burst like gases in stars,
and other days we appear as still as mars.
I never thought you and I would crash and burn,
but at last, look its our turn...
Where do we go from here?
Darlin' Im not sure so I'm letting you steer.
but whose to see that we're fallin' apart,
crumbling to pieces to because we tried too hard.

"Wildest Moments"Lyrics
You and I, blurred lines,
We come together every time
Too wrongs, no rights,
We lose ourselves at night.....
We come together every time
Too wrongs, no rights,
We lose ourselves at night.....
The Lyrics just touch your soul, if you'ev ever loved wildly without thinking, watching your steps and simply falling.....
Rekindling Old Friendships
So Person X was my roommate freshmen year of college and my suite-mate sophomore year of college. During my Junior Year of College I decided to transfer from Stony Brook University to University at Buffalo since my brother moved five minutes away from this campus and paying for dorm was becoming a hassel.
Person X and I..... how do I explain our relationship?! She is one of the most interesting people I know, one who would challenge my ways of thinking and enjoy numerous activities with me. I think our favorite activity was at best watching tons of movies together and talking about life, boys and eye-candies like any other pair of close girlfriends. We struggled through our pre-med curriculum together, enjoyed countless breakfast/ brunches together , shared our wardrobes like sisters would and laughed and giggled many nights away. But most importantly she became my voice of reason when my best friends or my own mind couldn't reach me, she made me smile when it seemed impossible, and she encouraged me to break my boundaries and expect nothing but the best from myself.
Today I'll be speaking to her after a year or so, and I guess I simply wanted to share my excitement of speaking to my ole pal again. I wonder why I wasn't the one to text her first and ask how everything is in order to catch up. Sometimes we get so stuck in our whirl pool of activities and to do list's that we forget to step back and take the time to rekindle old friendships, and relationships. I think this world and I need a sincere breather to appreciate everything and everyone around us. So I guess as your writer, and for the sake of many friendships withering away, I'd like to ask you to simply take five minutes of your time and close your eyes, think of someone who you care for, picture their love and memories in your mind, smile and then send them a small text, email or call just asking how everything is!
Au Revoir (Good bye In French, not that Im french or anything, it just sounds cool ;P)

MUST READ: LaPorte's "Why I burned my journals & celebrate my insignificance
PREVIEW:
Why I burned my journals & celebrate my insignificance.
I burned about 20 years of journals. Pages and pages of gut-red poetry and angst; cosmic gorgeousness and tender prayers; lists of wants, boyfriends (a loose term), and favourite perfumes.
With every page I fed into the fireplace, I smiled. Thank you. Goodbye. Hellohhh here & now.
REASONS FOR THE BIG BURN
- I’m not interested in the idea of leaving a legacy. If I die tomorrow and vanish from everyone’s memories, fine by me. I’m here for now.
- I love deep and I’m very ritualistic, but I’m not very nostalgic.
- I love my present and I love my future. I love the vastness of my past. But I’ve found that investing in the future has way better ROI (Return On Investment).
- I’ve come to the conclusion that reliving pain is actually not that conducive to my joy, growth, or creativity. Nope, it just isn’t. I’ve tried recapitulation and obsessive attachment as a means to self-improvement, and it blows. I can find plenty to be sad about in my current life — I don’t need to dig up old material.
- I love ritual and adore fire. So, duh, let’s BURN THE PAST. Really, if you want to burn something DOWN, invite me. Funeral pyre, anyone? I’ll bring the matches.
- For me, clutter-free living is up there with rainbows, front row seats, and answered prayers.
INSIGHTS FROM THE BURN
- It helped me become even more glaringly aware of my insignificance on the planet. I find this thrilling. Generally, I’m happy with the work I put into the world. No false modesty here. But realistically, not long after I die my work will fade from view. Beyond say, my great-grandchildren, if they ever come to be, I’m dust on this plane. Dust to dust.

Remembering how insignificant you are helps you to be more daring, more honest, more … here.

The Disclaimer and a Tasty Coffee Recipe with a Boyce A. Cover :)
Hello Everyone,
So this is my very very first time blogging! Im excited to see what my soul will spill and share with you all. My thoughts are very random, sometimes controversial and definitely up for discussion. I like hearing about other people's view points on many topics and I guess this is my way of sharing my view points. But before any thoughts, ideas etc are shared I would just like to put a disclaimer out there that my words are in no way written to offend anyone or anything. I simply write what comes to mind and do not intend for it to hurt anyone!
That being said.........
I'd like to just start by sharing an amazing Boyce Avenue cover with you all and a great Coffee recipe!

"The Coffee Buzz without the Bitter taste"
1) Buy Milk Chocolate cocoa, and add a packet (0.73 oz) into a cup, preferably a large sized cup because we will be doing some mixing!
2) Use some half and half to make the hot cocoa into a paste.
3) add your brewed coffee to the hot cocoa paste
4) Add sugar if you'd like
AND voilà !!
